Tata Indica Vista D90 launched at Rs.5.99 lakh

Tata Indica Vista D90 has been launched in India with Rs.5.99 lakh price tag. This new variant is a peppier version of the Tata Indica Vista. This is the third generation Indica Vista, the model was first launched in Indian market in the year of 2008. Three years later in 2011, Tata Motors gave a major facelift to the car and  now  Tata Indica Vista D90 is the third variant.

Tata Indica Vista D90 comes with 80 odd major changes. The major change is obviously, the Fiat sourced  1.3ltr Variable Geometry Turbo charged diesel engine. The new Indica Vista D90 is available in two trim options – Vista VX and Vista ZX+.

In the exteriors the Vista D90 gets a set new front and rear bumper and a rear roof mounted spoiler. The roof panel comes with slightly darker shade. Tata Indica Vista D90 runs on a set of blackened alloy wheels. The new variant is available in five shades – Ultra Violet shade is exclusively available in  this spiced up Vista.

Other changes include a dashboard adapted from it’s elder sibling Manza. The comfort features include fully automatic climate control and 6.7” multi media touch screen. The in car entertainment system is  compatible with Bluetooth, USB, DVD and Aux In. The multimedia screen will act as display for GPS system as well. Another feature worth mentioning is the Multi Information Display similar to Tata Manza. The rear bench passengers will have the convenience of mobile charging socket. The safety features include Dual SRS Air Bags, ABS and EBD.

The engine transplant makes the new Vista D90 best in class in terms of  power  and power to weight ratio. Company claims that new Vista D90 can register a top speed of 158 kmph. Both the variants are offered with 2 years/75,000 km. Tata Indica Vista D90 variants (VX and ZX+) are priced at Rs.5.99 lakh and Rs.6.83 lakh (ex show room New Delhi) respectively.
